Columnist choice: independent blogger David Gutowski
1.) This column/independent blog is a place where Gutowski discusses music, literature, and pop culture. It features free legal music downloads and lists of interesting books that his followers should read!
2.) What appeals most to me about this column is its focus on the arts, which I am greatly passionate about. It is also managed by an indie author, and I'm a huge supporter of independent things.
3.) While I have experience with independent bloggers, I have no experience with this one in particular.
4.) This was the first column I clicked on when I consulted the list, so I was relatively random in my selection apart from wanting to follow someone involved with music or writing. Lucky for me, Largehearted Boy is the best of both worlds.

I'm concerened that there isn't a feature length article by Gutowski. He invites too many other contributors. You aren't getting the rhetorical effect I'm looking for.
